Founded in February 2010, Praga Cars is a young and fast growing company; a member of Praga Racing Holdings which integrates a wide range of racing activities from car development, production and race team development to racing driver coaching.



Praga Cars has been very successful in assembling a unique conglomeration of human and technical potential, combining the best engineers, developers, designers, managers, mechanics and racing drivers.



With an inspiring heritage of the Praga brand their pedigree has over a century of standing in the Czech Republic. It is one of the oldest established car manufacturer  in Cz R and work in conjunction with K1 Engineering.  K1 is responsible for the original K1 Attack creation. Praga Cars now represents many years of skilled experience in testing and development in the car industry, combined with the creative perfection of current technical solutions along with enormous creative inventiveness.

It may boast only 207HP from its mid-mounted 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that’s the same as the one used in the Formula Renault, but it also has a kerb weight of only 590 kg (1,300 pounds), thanks to its carbon fibre chassis and carbon and Kevlar bodywork, which makes for a low 3,58 kg/kW weight-to-power ratio.

Even though no official numbers are announced, performance is bound to be more than adequate.

The F4R 832 engine features a Cosworth / Pectel ECU with traction control and transmits its power to the rear wheels via a Hewland six-speed sequential gearbox placed in the rear, in a transaxle configuration, with pneumatic paddle shifts and a ZF Sachs twin-plate clutch.

There’s a fully adjustable double-wishbone aluminum suspension all around while AP Racing discs with four-piston calipers take care of braking.
